Marketing Assistant, Performance Marketing
Hysan Place, Causeway Bay · Full time, in office 6 days a week · HK$30,000–34,000 a month, plus a 13th month and a bonus
About us
SVibe is a sexual wellness brand, and we’re scaling very fast. Our team is small and very international. We work at an intense pace and we’re performance-based and meritocratic: your results decide how fast you grow, not your title or tenure. Deliver here and you’ll get more scope, more responsibility and more pay, quickly. We share the business numbers at interview.
The role
You keep our ad accounts moving. Our media buyers and creative strategist decide what to test, and you get it live, correctly and fast. New ads arrive from creators and agencies every day, and you make sure each one is uploaded, named, tracked and approved across our performance marketing channels. This is a junior role, so we hire on tenacity, hard work and how fast you learn, not on years of experience. In return, you’ll learn performance marketing at a brand that runs it at scale.
What you’ll own
Ad uploads: new ads live in our performance marketing accounts every day, in the right campaigns, with the right copy, links and UTMs.
Naming and tracking: every ad follows our naming convention, so we always know which creator, agency and concept it came from.
The creative library: collect files from creators, agencies and editors, check specs (sizes, lengths, captions) and keep everything easy to find.
Ad review: catch rejections, fix what can be fixed and file appeals. Our category has strict ad rules, and you’ll learn them inside out.
Daily account checks: ads delivering, links working, budgets pacing, nothing stuck in review.
Reporting: daily and weekly numbers pulled into our sheets for the team.
What we hire on
Three things count more than your CV. We’ll teach you the rest.
Tenacity: when an ad is rejected or a launch breaks, you find out why, fix it and get it live, within the rules. You don’t drop a problem halfway.
Hard work: you finish what you start, you don’t wait to be chased, and long weeks don’t put you off. We’ll pick a junior who outworks everyone over an experienced candidate who doesn’t.
Ability to learn: you pick up a new tool or ad rule in days, ask good questions, and don’t make the same mistake twice.
The basics
Some hands-on performance marketing: you’ve uploaded or managed paid ads at a brand or an agency. An internship counts.
Accuracy at volume: dozens of ads in a day without a wrong link, name or audience.
Confidence in Google Sheets or Excel: filters, lookups and pivot tables.
Fluent written English. Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
Comfort with the category: you’ll work on sexual wellness ads every day.
The right to work in Hong Kong.
