SVibe, based in Hong Kong, is seeking a hands-on Product Lead to convert the founder's vision into market-ready products. You will manage development from brief to launch, work with factories in mainland China, and partner with operations and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
You’ll own the development cycle, build a robust launch calendar, and drive cost and quality decisions with the team.
Hysan Place, Causeway Bay · Full time, in office 6 days a week · HK$45,000–55,000 a month, plus a 13th month and a bonus
SVibe is a sexual wellness brand, and we’re scaling very fast. Our team is small and very international. We work at an intense pace and we’re performance-based and meritocratic: your results decide how fast you grow, not your title or tenure. Deliver here and you’ll get more scope, more responsibility and more pay, quickly.
Our founder sets the product vision. You turn it into products on shelves: on time, at cost and at the quality our customers expect. You take every product through its development cycle, from brief to launch, and you build the system that lets a fast-growing brand launch more products, faster, without dropping quality. You work with our factories in mainland China and side by side with our operations and marketing teams. This is a hands‑on role: you do the work yourself, and the team grows around you as you prove it.
The development cycle: every product from brief to launch, through samples, tooling, pre-production and mass production, with clear stages, owners and dates.
The system: the launch calendar, trackers and stage checklists a fast-growing brand needs, simple enough that everyone actually uses them.
Factories and suppliers in mainland China: samples, tooling, pricing, MOQs and schedules. You push for dates, cost and quality, and you get them.
Quality and certification: specs, golden samples, inspections, defect tracking and corrective actions, plus EU, UK and US testing of materials, electronics and batteries.
Launches across the business: costs and margins with finance, stock and shipping with operations, product information and samples for content with marketing, and customer feedback into the next version.
New ideas: what you see in factories, at trade fairs and in competitors’ products, brought into our roadmap.
A weekly status for the founder: what’s on track, what’s late and what needs a decision.
Three things count more than your CV.
Trajectory: we care how fast you’ve grown, not how long you’ve worked. Fast promotions, more scope than your title, people who trusted you early. A short career that climbed steeply beats a long one that didn’t.
Ownership: you’ve run products end to end and made the calls yourself, not just passed messages between a buyer and a factory.
Flexibility: you move between categories and tasks without fuss, learn a new product in weeks, and enjoy building what doesn’t exist yet.
3+ years of hands‑on product development with factories in mainland China: electronics, personal care or beauty devices, small appliances, toys or similar.
You know the full development cycle, and you’ve worked side by side with operations and marketing on launches.
You’ve built or fixed a tracker, a stage checklist or a QC process, and people used it.
Fluent English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
Comfort with the category: you’ll handle sexual wellness products every day.
Willingness to travel to factories in mainland China regularly.
The right to work in Hong Kong.
In our office at Hysan Place, Causeway Bay, next to the founders. Feedback is direct, decisions are quick and standards are high. Products go from idea to shelf in months, not years. A performance bonus with a target of 2 months’ base and a maximum of 3.
Every product decision made with the founders, and more scope and pay as fast as you earn them.
