Job summary

Tai-Pan-Laundry- is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with marketing coordination, research, and materials preparation in a fast-paced setting. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication and project implementation.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for those with hospitality exposure and strong English-Chinese communication. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Query is advantageous; immediate availability is valued.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated or above in Marketing or related subjects.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educatedor above in Marketing or related subjects. Fresh graduates will be welcome.

• Work experience in the Hospitality industry would be an advantage.

• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and attention to detail.

• Willing to workin a fast-paced working environment under pressure

• Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic, interested in dealing with people and customer-oriented

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency inM365 applications and a preference for iPhone users & Power Query is a must to pass 1st month probation.

• Proficient knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
