Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Hong Kong. The role supports the marketing team with daily operations, logistics, databases, and asset production, while contributing to market research and social media efforts.

Fresh graduates are welcome; familiarity with FMCG is a plus. Strong Chinese and English skills, Mandarin a bonus; MS Office proficiency required. Two days of work-from-home and close to MTR are offered in a vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/Business Administration or related discipline.

• Experience in supporting marketing teams in FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team in their day-to-day operations and all marketing promotion activities. This includes, but is not limited to arranging logistics, updating and submitting systems, and maintaining the database


• Assist in various marketing tasks, such as conducting market research, analyzing market data, producing and publishing marketing assets, contributing to new product development, and managing social media platforms.


• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of all marketing and promotion programs.


• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with agencies, including creative, media, and event agencies, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.


• Provide support for marketing projects assigned by brand managers and diligently monitor their progress.

Requirements:

• -Possess a Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/Business Administration or a related discipline.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Previous experience supporting marketing teams in the FMCG industry will be advantageous.
