Job summary

Andrew Liu & Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an insurance support professional focusing on marine insurance enquiries. You will assist clients, negotiate terms with insurers, and provide outstanding service for all insurance needs.

The role requires Mandarin fluency and strong English skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a flexible, work-from-home enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above (IANG applicants welcome).
• Must be fluent Mandarin speaker and proficient in English (spoken, written and reading).
• Good interpersonal skills, keen to build rapport with Chinese clients and insurers.
• Positive working attitude, responsible in providing support to team members, eager to learn, diligent and proactive.
