Job summary

Lockton Companies (Hong Kong) Ltd. is seeking an Administration Executive to support marine insurance documentation, billing and reporting. You will prepare slips, invoices, cover notes and manage accounts payable/receivable with accuracy and timeliness.

You should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess good English and Mandarin communication skills. Experience in insurance is a plus, with opportunities for senior level if more experienced.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in any disciplines.
Relevant experience in marine insurance would be an advantage.
Able to work independently, attention to details and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication, analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Administration Executive.

Responsibilities

Give full support and back up with respect to the preparation of slips, invoices, cover notes and other documentation associated with the placement of marine insurance.
To do and maintain billing record, allocation, manage accounts receivable/payable premium & credit control.
Prepare financial statements and billing reports.
Provide administrative support to the team.
To take on ad hoc duties as assigned.
