Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced PMC Manager to lead production planning, master scheduling, and material control across our EMS manufacturing operations. You will ensure on-time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, and effective resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience, with ERP/MRP systems exposure (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in supply chain, production planning, PMC, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to Frequent Travel.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
