Clarrow Hong Kong Limited is seeking an AI Sales & Business Development Lead for Greater China, based in Hong Kong with regular travel to Mainland China. You will own the HK/GC GTM strategy, build pipeline across AI data, model evaluation, RL environments, and robotics data, and close opportunities with frontier AI players and enterprise buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or GTM experience in AI-related industries.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin with proven Mainland China client engagement.
• Existing network to decision makers in frontier AI, AI infrastructure, or robotics.
• Strong technical fluency in LLMs, model evaluation, RLHF, benchmarking, or robotics data.
• Ability to manage consultative sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Hong Kong and Greater China GTM strategy and build pipeline across AI data, model evaluation, RL environments, benchmarking, and robotics data.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with frontier AI companies, labs, and enterprise AI buyers.
• Act as a credible technical counterpart to AI research, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs, AI leads, data heads, and procurement stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence on China’s AI, robotics, and data-protection landscape.
• Ensure commercial activity aligns with data-transfer requirements.
