Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence to accelerate AI adoption across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced AI leader to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions, including GenAI, AI agents, RAG, and data pipelines, while ensuring governance, security and scale.

The role requires deep hands-on engineering and leadership, with experience managing AI delivery teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in bilingual English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / AI / Data Science / Engineering / IT or related discipline.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Proven ability to present and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders and translate workflows into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions, including GenAI applications, AI agents, RAG, APIs, data pipelines and system integrations.
• Establish enterprise AI engineering capabilities, guardrails, and best practices for AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototype to production applying modern engineering, DevSecOps, automation, and operations.
• Establish AI evaluation and QA practices to ensure secure, reliable, high-performing solutions.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies to accelerate enterprise adoption.
• Provide technical leadership via code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Translate emerging AI tech into practical enterprise capabilities for continuous improvement.
