Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Internal AI Lead for Greater China to drive regional AI strategy, governance, and adoption. You will spearhead hands-on deployment of regional LLMs and tools while aligning with global frameworks. This role requires working with C-suite executives and multiple business units to unlock productivity gains.

You will design and deliver training to ensure high adoption, navigate data privacy and regulatory requirements, and lead change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building and delivering AI solutions at an infrastructure level.
• Expert familiarity with regional and global AI governance and data-residency requirements.
• Experience leading change management and adoption across large organizations.
• Strong ability to communicate AI concepts and regulatory constraints to executives.
• Experience delivering regional AI training initiatives and programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI strategy for Greater China and regional deployment plans across markets like HK and Mainland China.
• Establish and enforce regional AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business units to identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy regional models and tools.
• Serve as primary liaison to regional and global executives and translate complex AI capabilities into strategic insights.
• Drive regional culture shift, design training programs, and promote high adoption of AI tools.
