The role requires strong HR expertise, international coaching oversight, and leadership of an ethnically diverse team, with a focus on compliance, partnerships, and customer engagement across youth and adult programs.

Qualifications

• Strong HR and HK compliance knowledge.
• 3+ years of multi-center management experience.
• 5+ years in IT integration and AI workflow automation.
• 5+ years in B2B project management.
• Fluent in English; Russian and Ukrainian required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 4 HK studios and administrative leadership.
• Direct HR operations including talent acquisition and staff deployment.
• Lead IT modernization: mobile app, class booking, payments, system integrations.
• Manage international coaches and multicultural teams.
• Drive corporate partnerships and cross-border project management.
