Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced senior talent acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for finance and professional services. You will drive market mapping, build robust talent pools, and manage high-volume hiring while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a superior candidate experience.

This role requires fluency in English and Chinese, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in talent acquisition within a sizable organization, preferably with exposure to finance or professional services industries.
• Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment is preferred; agency candidates with retail banking recruitment expertise will also be considered.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong influencing, consultative, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• High sense of ownership and a strong service mindset to ensure efficient, effective stakeholder and candidate management.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements aligned with business strategy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake meetings, attraction strategy, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Deliver direct sourcing through market mapping, outreach, and candidate engagement to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop talent pools for priority roles and future hiring needs, keeping hiring managers informed of market insights and candidate availability.
• Provide effective support for recruitment marketing events and employer branding campaigns, ensuring strong planning and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver recruitment initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring the process remain efficient and compliant.
