Job summary

ICBC International is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR services for a designated department in Hong Kong. The role involves sourcing strategy, talent pipelines, and close collaboration with business units on manpower planning and performance management.

The candidate should have at least 7 years of HRBP experience in a sizeable financial institution, with English and Chinese language proficiency, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above is required.
• Minimum 7 years HR business partner experience in a sizeable organization in the financial sector.
• Understanding of investment banking and relevant product suite would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, recruitment process and employment legislation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process and HR services to the assigned department.
• Formulate sourcing strategies, search for talents through data mining, market mapping, etc. to build candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with business unit on various HR functions including but not limited to provide HR advisory services, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external working partners.
• Work closely with other HR teams.
• Provide industry and markets updates related to Talent Acquisition.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
