Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to manage and lead architecture projects within the CES portfolio. You will drive end-to-end customer solutions, lead architects, and collaborate across DXC teams to translate business needs into realizable technical outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in enterprise technology domains, and proven ability to respond to RFx requests with compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role with a technology or managed services provider.
• Demonstrated leadership in large, high-value engagements within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in developing solution strategy, description and costing for pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses.
• Exceptional proposal development, written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior engagement at senior client technical levels (e.g., Client Technical Lead, Chief Architect) in a consultative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead architecture projects within DXC's CES portfolio to meet customer objectives and timelines.
• Develop or lead a team of solution architects to deliver technically sound solutions that deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Line Solution Architect to deliver cohesive end-to-end customer solutions.
• Translate customer objectives into solution opportunities leveraging DXC's capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues on architecture projects.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with CES offerings to improve efficiency and business goals.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end project progress and report on status.
• Responsible for sizing and costing of architected solutions.
• Present solutions to customers and act as a trusted advisor to establish confidence.

Job description

Manage and lead architecture projects within DXC's Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) portfolio, ensuring they meet customer objectives and timelines. Work as part of a high performing team to respond to customer requests for quotation and RFP/RFI responses for high value opportunities. Serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address customers' business needs, and as a trusted advisor to internal and/or external customers for understanding business and technical problems, translating them to business outcomes, and shaping and validating requirements and scope for solutions.

Key responsibilities

Manage and lead architecture projects within DXC's Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) portfolio, ensuring they meet customer objectives and timelines

Individually develop or lead a team of solution architects to deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements, deliver verifiable customer value and align with CES portfolio offerings

Collaborate as part of a team led by a Multi-Line Solution Architect to develop cohesive end to end customer solutions integrated with all parts of DXC's solution portfolio

Translate customer's business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities leveraging DXC's technical capabilities

Provide technical guidance for architecture projects, helping to resolve complex issues

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned to CES portfolio offerings that enhance efficiency and business goals

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders

Oversee the successful completion of architecture projects and report on progress

Responsible for sizing and costing of the architected solution

Responsible for presenting the solution to the customer and serve as trusted advisor to establish customer confidence

About you

Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a technology or managed services provider

Demonstrated experience in technology leadership in high value engagements within complex enterprise environments

Demonstrated experience in development of solution strategy, solution description and solution costing for pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses

Exceptional proposal development, written and oral skills

Prior engagement at senior client technical team level (e.g. Client Technical Lead, Chief Architect, Chief Technologist etc.) in a consultative or solutioning capacity

Demonstrate strong expertise in at least one enterprise technology domain and industry, while also understanding broader DXC CES offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong problem-solving, leadership and project management skills

Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

Ability to speak English and Cantonese fluently
