Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide one-stop manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR advisory and change management services to line departments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR management (HKQF level 5) with at least 5 years' experience in banking or financial services, including generalist or large-scale recruitment exposure. Proficiency in English and Chinese (written) is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management/related disciplines or HKQF level 5.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial sector, with HR generalist or large recruitment exposure preferred.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficient in written Chinese and English.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Deputy Manager, Resources Planning.
