Job summary

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager for Relationship Management in Corporate Banking. The role involves developing business opportunities with corporate clients, structuring credit facilities, and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in lending. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is essential. Manager, Relationship Management (Corporate Banking)

Identify and develop business opportunities from both new and existing corporate customers.

Structure credit facilities and cross‑sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers’ needs.

Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, and monitor customers' risk profiles to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks.

Maintain and enhance long‑term customer relationships.

Provide guidance and support to junior members.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial lending business in Hong Kong.
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills and ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information.
• Holder of Enhanced Competency Framework on Credit Risk Management (ECF‑CRM) preferred.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

(Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Vice President.)
