• Conduct detailed analysis of key business performance metrics, client profitability, profit & loss drivers, and portfolio trends to identify growth opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and actionable insights for management decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards to track pipeline performance, budget adherence, and expense control initiatives.
• Prepare management presentation materials and executive summaries for senior management and head office.
• Perform financial analyses and participate in division‑level projects (e.g., system enhancements, data governance, process re‑engineering, digital transformation, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into analytical models and data specifications.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in corporate banking or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high proficiency in Excel, VBA, Qlik Sense, and data visualization tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
