Job summary

HKBN is expanding via a new insurance product line through strategic partnerships. The Senior Manager will drive collaboration with top multi-national insurers, align marketing and distribution, and grow residential business across industries in Hong Kong.

The role requires strong partnership marketing experience, regulatory awareness, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese. A results-driven leader will coordinate cross-functional teams and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years in partnership marketing, strategic alliances or business development.
• Insurance or finance industry experience preferred.
• IIQE insurance qualification a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partnerships that drive growth.
• Strong ownership, results-oriented and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive residential business through strategic partnership with enterprise customers from various industries.
• Manage high-level relationship with key partners and explore opportunities to optimize residential business.
• Excel the potential of HKBN Residential Market to lead and develop a new Insurance Product business stream.
• Liaise internal and partner IT and backend teams to develop and maintain platforms and workflows.
• Design new product go-to-market strategy including target market segments, marketing plans and distribution strategies.
• Work with Responsible Officer to ensure operations and marketing collateral comply with regulatory requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities, particularly in digitalization with business partners.
• Develop, implement and execute digital marketing strategies and collateral to drive online Residential Business.

The Residential Marketing team is looking for Talent who has experience in coordinating partnership projects with relevant experience in insurance or finance industry. This role is to open up a new business stream on insurance products by partnering one of the top multi-national insurance companies to drive residential business through strategic partnership.

What efforts you need to make for this role?

• Drive residential business through strategic partnership with enterprise solution customers from various industries
• Manage high-level relationship management with key partners and explore partnership opportunity to optimize the residential business
• Excel the full potential of HKBNs Residential Market to lead and develop a new Insurance Product business stream

Let's check if you are/have

• Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the insurance or finance industry
• Talent with Insurance related experience with professional insurance qualifications (Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination (IIQE)) is a plus
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue
• Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership
• Customer oriented with good business acumen and negotiation skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
