Degree holder in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology/ Systems/ Business Administration, or related disciplines
Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, Agile Scrum Master certifications, User Experience, Design Thinking or equivalent certifications preferred
8 years or more IT experience with at least 6 years on day-to-day management, planning, design, development of IT project management office (PMO) or similar experience
Experience in managing ODC or similar organization setup is preferred
Experience in project management / delivery is preferred
Mature, self-motivated, customer-oriented with excellent communication and project management skill
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
