Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• 5–7 years' experience in financial management, business partnering or controller roles, preferably in supply chain, logistics or food industry environments.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights for non-financial audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels.
• Proven capability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with supply chain finance, operations finance or logistics sector finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders and operational departments to understand their strategic objectives and financial requirements.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting and business case development to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Monitor and analyse departmental financial performance against budgets and KPIs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Support the preparation and presentation of financial information to senior management and the board, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Lead ad-hoc financial projects and investigations as required, including cost optimisation initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
• Provide training and support to business stakeholders on financial concepts, systems and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in our Yuen Long District location.
