Our Client is a well established small sized real estate player; a need has arisen to hire a finance professional to act as a business partner. You will be the cornerstone of financial strategy, translating complex data into actionable business insights to aid management's decision making.
Produce detailed financial performance reports, analyze operational variances, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead the annual budgeting cycles, generate rolling forecasts, and monitor cash flow requirements for ongoing operations
Build robust financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential property acquisitions and development ventures
Partner with management to establish long-term economic goals and devise strategies to mitigate financial risks
Manage full-set accounts, ensure compliance with local financial regulations, and serve as the primary liaison for auditors and banks
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Recognized professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, ideally within the property or real estate sector
Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of real estate investment metrics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and experience with accounting software
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin); ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
