Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a capable IT Operations Manager to lead the Maintenance Team and SOC, ensuring uninterrupted 7x24 tolling service monitoring and security oversight for FFTS systems. You will guide technical teams, propose innovative technologies, and coordinate with third-party back-office providers to maintain service quality.

The role requires a university degree in CS/IS/security with 13+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Team and SOC teammates to provide 7x24 seamless services.
• Propose new technologies or solutions to streamline Toll Collection Services Monitoring.
• Ensure 24-hour SLA compliance for FFTS functionality.
• Direct preliminary diagnosis and arrange remediation to minimize disruptions.
• Advise on design/implementation of software and infrastructure for FFTS and interfaces with inter-provider operations.
• Establish technical/business interfaces with third-party back-office providers.
• Manage and supervise IT equipment/networks support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor online security and address security breaches as needed.
• Lead documentation of operational SOPs for systems.
• Serve as vocal point of Maintenance Team with team heads.

About the Role:

• Take lead of several Maintenance Team Leader and SOC teammates to provide 7x24 seamless services
• Propose the IT Operation Manager any new technology or solutions in streamlining the provision of the Toll Collection Services Monitoring
• Ensure SLA meet for twenty-four hours monitoring of the functionality of Free Flow Tolling System ("FFTS") every day
• Give direction of preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions
• Advise on the design and implementation of the custom and commercial-off-the-shelf software, provision of physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service and interface to other inter-provider clearing operations
• Assist on establishment of a technical and business interface with a third party provider of back office services that will provide all customer relation management services and enforcement operations
• Manage and organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
• Monitor online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary
• Take lead on establishment of detailed documentation of operational SOPs for various systems
• Vocal point of Maintenance Team Communicate with various Team Heads/Team

About You:

• Holder of university degree in computer science, information system, information security or equivalent discipline.
• At least 13 years relevant post-qualification full time working experience in information systems security domain, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies and deployments, of which at least 3 years shall be at managerial or supervisory level.
• Must possess a strong service mindset and good interpersonal skill
• Manage technical staffs and facilitate team work in the work place
• Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects in an effective manner
• Good knowledge of security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
• Strong in risk management and incident response
• Certifications attain one or more of the following qualifications:
  • CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
  • CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor
  • CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
  • CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional
