Job summary

The Hong Kong Tourism Board is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure and Security for a 2-year renewable contract in Hong Kong. You will lead IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and security programs, while managing vendors and ensuring governance and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership, with experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Cantonese and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, end-user services, cybersecurity, networks, cloud platforms, and technology operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Security and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions with capabilities in threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, device management and email security.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, network, and security solutions.
• Manage IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity technology projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced service providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and service utilization, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain IT operational processes, documentation, and asset management practices to support governance and compliance.
• Provide technical support to business stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain inventory of computer assets and software licenses.

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PMP, security-related certifications, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
