Job summary

Abi Solutions Limited invites an experienced IT supervisor to lead daily IT operations within a Food & Beverage environment. You will oversee a team delivering comprehensive IT services, including network infrastructure, applications, security, and risk assessments.

The role requires a degree in IT, 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in supervision, and strong English/Chinese communication. Immediate availability is preferred; location is San Po Kong, HK.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in F&B industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and POS.
• Experience in firewall, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless network and POS.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and independently; immediate availability preferred.

• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise IT team to provide full spectrum IT services including network infrastructure, application, security and risk assessment and various IT projects across front-line and head office

Identify, monitor and control the technology risk management process

Plan and implement out IT projects—such as installations, migrations, and system upgrades—while making sure that business operations are not adversely affected.

Monitor all vendor connections and contracts for the purchase of equipment and IT services, and be able to consistently deliver IT services and deliverables on schedule.

Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
