Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
3–5 years in air cargo terminal operations, ground handling or aviation logistics, preferably in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of IATA standards, aviation safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor subcontractor's daily cargo handling and related activities.
Coordinate with subcontractor management to facilitate cargo movements between HUCT and Macau International Airport.
Monitor performance against service standards and KPIs; identify gaps and recommend actions.
Oversee compliance with aviation safety, security, Dangerous Goods and regulatory requirements; support audits.
Monitor training arrangements and records; ensure competency.
Review incidents, delays and discrepancies; coordinate follow-up actions with subcontractor.
Liaise with airport operations and stakeholders on cargo handovers and service continuity.
Prepare regular performance reports and escalate material issues; support continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
