Job summary

AC Design Group Ltd. is seeking a proactive M&E Engineer to oversee M&E design, site coordination, and project execution for interior fit-out projects.

You will ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, with a Bachelor's in E&M Engineering as an advantage and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering is required.
• Bachelor's degree in E&M Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E&M engineering projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD-based drawing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E design solutions for interior fit-out projects in compliance with technical requirements and statutory regulations.
• Develop work programmes, method statements, and material submission documents.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and effective coordination.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement sound engineering solutions.
• Plan and drive project completion within the approved schedule and budget.
• Maintain complete and accurate site documentation and records.
• Identify technical and programme risks; recommend value engineering options to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with designers, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
