Job summary

A leading E&M contractor in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee project management ensuring quality, cost, and safety standards. Responsibilities include attending site meetings and liaising with representatives, monitoring contractual matters, and leading site coordination. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in E&M projects. Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in E&M / MVAC / building services coordination.
• Skilled in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Candidates with chartered membership will be considered.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Candidates with more experience / academic qualification / chartered membership will be considered as E&M Project Manager.
