Job summary

Bang Hong Electrical & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled M&E Project Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Singapore.

This role will manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical projects from conception through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality. The position requires 3–5 years in M&E project management, strong knowledge of systems, and proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD or BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in M&E project management or project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient with MS Project, AutoCAD or BIM software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee M&E projects within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation including schedules, specs and progress reports.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits for compliance.
• Manage procurement of materials and services.
• Assist in estimation and tendering for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical challenges.
