Job summary

K&L ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Project Manager to lead project execution, attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams from Hong Kong. You will manage project schedules, supervise subcontractors and ensure site progress aligns with the plan and safety standards.

The role emphasizes cost control, collaboration with operations, and adherence to drawings, specifications, and management instructions to protect project margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably managerial experience in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution in accordance with the project plan and attend site meetings.

M&E Project Manager
Responsibilities : -

Manage the project execution in accordance with the project plan and attend site meetings

Co-ordinate, plan and prepare project time schedule

Work closely with clients, co-ordinate with internal staff, manage sub-contractors and supervisor site progress.

Work closely with operations manager to manage project profit margin by carrying out price comparisons and managing operating costs

Ensure all work are carried out in accordance to safety standards, drawings, specification and management instruction

Requirements : -

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/

Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
