Job summary

International Wine Company in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Wine Distributor Sales/Private Sales Manager to expand our private client business across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You will drive revenue growth, advise clients on collections and investments, and grow a regional client network.

You will lead a high-performing team, leverage strong wine knowledge, and engage clients both locally and remotely. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving sales growth for premium products.
• Strong wine knowledge and training; WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience engaging with clients in Hong Kong and ASEAN markets, in-person or virtually.
• English required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and regional business development across HK and Southeast Asia.
• Advise private clients on wine collections and investment goals.
• Acquire new clients through intermediaries, events, and referrals.
• Build and manage a regional network to identify key prospects globally.
• Lead and motivate the team to strengthen the company's edge in a fast-paced market.
