The Senior Relationship Officer will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, tenants, and strategic partners of the luxury shopping mall. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field from a recognized university.
• 3 years of relationship management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing VIP clients and delivering premium customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail trends and customer expectations in Hong Kong.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Relationship Officer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with VIP shoppers and tenants to drive retention.
• Act as the primary liaison between tenants' store managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with tenants closely to implement customer engagement initiatives and exclusive events.
• Identify potential opportunities for various teams.
• Provide personalized services to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare reports on customer engagement, sales impact, and tenant satisfaction.
