Magic Search Limited is seeking a Training Manager to join the Commercial team in Hong Kong. You will empower retail staff through training programs that elevate client experience and support sales objectives in a luxury environment.

You will lead needs analysis, design and deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, clienteling, and brand heritage, ensuring consistency with brand standards across stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Trainer within a retail environment.
• Luxury industry passion and awareness of brand standards.
• Experience working in an international environment and adapting to different cultures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and French; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis across all retail levels and collaboration with leadership.
• Design, develop, and deliver training content including product knowledge, sales techniques, clienteling, and brand heritage.
• Provide orientation training for new hires covering brand DNA and product training.
