Audemars Piguet (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Retail Training Manager to enhance frontline performance across boutiques and AP Houses in Hong Kong and Macau. You will deploy global and regional training content, lead coaching initiatives, and support teams to meet SMART goals in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires delivering education programs, managing the LMS setup, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards and client experience excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in sales, training, or coaching.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful training and coaching in a luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of boutique operations and client experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Retail Excellence strategy across boutiques and AP Houses in HK and Macau.
• Deliver training programs (in-person, digital, blended) and manage LMS locally.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to elevate client experience, sales techniques, and operations.
• Collaborate with Retail, Brand, Product and HR teams to align with business priorities.
