Chanel seeks a Learning & Development partner to uplift Boutique Advisors' capabilities and elevate client experience across retail excellence. You will coach with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to shape the learning journey and drive business outcomes.

You will thrive on inspiring fashion teams, fostering service excellence, and collaborating across Talent Development and Retail to sustain Chanel’s leadership in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary diploma with experience in people interactions, coaching and training.
• Strong client-centric mindset and service excellence.
• Excellent communication and influence skills, passion for people development.

Responsibilities

• Coach Chanel’s Fashion Advisors to elevate client experience and retail standards.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to shape the learning journey.
• Support ongoing development of Chanel’s talent across retail operations.
