Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an energetic retail associate to support store sales at our luxury location. You will assist customers, wrap gifts, handle POS transactions, and maintain tidy, well-stocked cash wraps while adhering to brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking skills. You will collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and help protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service experience, preferably within the luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multi task and work within a team environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales professionals with customer transactions throughout store.
• Assist with gift wrapping customer merchandise to ensure timely service is provided.
• Ensure that customer capture information is being taken for each transaction.
• Periodically check all cash wraps for merchandise to go to shipping or the tailor shop.
• Ensure cash wraps are kept clear of merchandise from holds, returns, etc.
• Open and close POS systems following Company guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile daily sales media.
• Process all sales transactions and follow Company regulations when accepting forms of payment.
• Knowledgable of return, markdown/discount, tax, security and packaging policies.
