• Own and manage the VIC portfolio across all HKMO stores.
• Coach Sales Associates on luxury clienteling standards.
• Design and execute VIC-exclusive experiences and events.
• Collaborate with CRM on client segmentation and personalization.
• Uphold data privacy in line with legal regulations.
