Job summary

NET-A-PORTER in Hong Kong is seeking a Personal Shopper to build loyalty among its elite customers, delivering exceptional service and fashion expertise while driving sales across the APAC region. You will cultivate long-term relationships with EIP clients and provide personalised styling and product guidance.

You will work to meet monthly and annual targets, participate in events, and stay current on luxury trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably luxury fashion.
• Proven experience in a sales-target driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese preferable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively target and build relationships with high-value customers in the APAC region.
• Profile customers based on shopping patterns and provide personal styling recommendations.
• Ensure sales leads are identified and prioritized.
• Drive one-on-one appointments and grow the customer base and loyalty.
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets and KPIs.
