LuxExperience is seeking a talented Personal Shopper for the Hong Kong Office to cultivate relationships with high-value APAC clients. You will deliver exceptional service, styling guidance, and personalised experiences to drive loyalty and sales, while navigating luxury fashion trends and brand knowledge.

You will contribute to a collaborative team, work in a hybrid environment, and engage with events to expand your client base. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Sales target driven environment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively target and build relationships with high-value customers in APAC.
• Profile customers based on shopping patterns and preferences.
• Provide personal styling recommendations with product knowledge.
• Identify and prioritise sales leads from your customer list.
• Increase spend and loyalty by understanding customer needs.
• Perform one-on-one appointments to build relationships.
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets and KPIs.
