You will connect customers with the latest trends and carefully curated product selections, as well as supporting them with ad hoc service enquiries.

As a trusted style partner, you will guide clients throughout their shopping journey, building meaningful relationships that inspire confidence and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing roles in luxury retail or related fields.
• Proactive, results-driven with a track record of hitting sales targets.
• Customer-focused with commitment to exceptional service.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Digitally savvy; comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
