Qualifications

2+ years in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services or call-center sales.
Proven track record of achieving personal sales targets.

Responsibilities

Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs, increasing client spend.
Create trusted client relationships by responding promptly to enquiries and guiding shopping.
Build familiarity with client portfolio to identify personalised recommendations.
Offer styling, sizing and fit advice and present new collections.
Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and maximise opportunities.
Gather insights and share trends with management for strategy.
