Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our Security team. You will supervise Security Officers, conduct routine hotel security tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations while maintaining guest safety.

The role requires 3–5 years’ related experience, knowledge of CCTV/BMS/AFA, and a valid Security Personnel Permit. Cantonese fluency with basic English & Mandarin is expected; shift duties apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related working experience.
• Experience in report writing and investigations.
• Knowledge of CCTV, BMS & AFA systems.
• Honest, self-motivated and responsible.
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit.
• First Aid, CPR and AED Training is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese, basic English & Mandarin.
• Shift duty is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory guidance and support to all Security Officers.
• Perform hotel security daily duties such as access control, regular patrol and incident handling.
• Arrange the duties for the shift and ensure efficient discharge by subordinates.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for the Department.
• Respond to accidents and assist guests/staff during emergencies.
• Prepare, review and follow-up on incident, loss and accident reports.
• Monitor CCTV, Perimeter-Alarm and Fire Life Safety Systems.
• Protect guests, staff and hotel assets.
