Job summary

Longchamp in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Luxury Retail Manager to own the store's P&L, set strategies to hit sales targets, and drive revenue growth through clienteling and partnerships with top customers and influencers.

You will translate corporate strategy into store-level execution, analyze market trends, and ensure flawless luxury presentation in all seasonal launches and activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in luxury fashion retail with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with business sense.
• Excellent communication across all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional clienteling and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, and POS systems.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's P&L and define strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and repeat business.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
