Quintessentially (HK) Limited seeks an Event Assistant to support planning and delivery of high-touch luxury events and personalised guest experiences from October to December 2026. The role involves close collaboration with clients, partners and vendors, and hands-on guest management onsite.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in event management or related fields, strong organisational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Competenze

• 2–3 years experience in event management, luxury hospitality, guest relations or project coordination.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with international clients and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assist the Project Lead for assigned client teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
• Gather guest preferences and requirements to support personalised arrangements.
• Support planning and maintaining detailed itineraries including dining, experiences, transportation and other logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors on bookings, availability, service details and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate planning documents and provide regular progress updates.
• Support onsite guest itineraries and coordinate with onsite teams and vendors for smooth execution.
• Provide attentive guest support and handle real-time requests or itinerary changes.
• Monitor transfers, reservations and activity schedules to ensure seamless handovers.
• Consolidate client and guest feedback and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with post-event reconciliation by verifying services delivered and recording changes.
