Job summary

Lui Design Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Architectural Designer / Project Designer / Assistant Design Project Manager for luxury and premium projects. The role covers design, documentation, site coordination, and schedule management across varied tracks.

The firm offers a hybrid working model, 5-day work week, and opportunities for permanent or contract-based positions, with a clear progression path in design, architecture, and project management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and refined design sense.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, show self-initiative, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination: Daily coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Design & Documentation: Produce, review, or manage construction drawings, technical design detailing, and project documentation.
• Site & Schedule Management: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, attend meetings, and ensure timelines are met.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare meeting/status reports and manage project administration.
