Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design and coordinate for luxury residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. You will guide in-house designers and external consultants, ensuring concept quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in interior design, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and related tools is preferred; Cantonese/Mandarin and English are valued.

Qualifications

Degree in Interior Design or related disciplines.
At least 3 years solid working experience, luxury residential experience a must.
A quick learner, energetic and creative.
Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
Willing to learn new methodologies and apply them.
Good design portfolio in luxury residential/commercial preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign; 3D Max rendering is a plus.
Experience in developers/hotels/apartments is a big bonus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for interior design works and coordination for a wide variety of properties.
Provide strong concept design and leadership to in-house designers and external consultants.
Align the company goals and sales targets set by Sales Director.
Maintain and deliver market leading design through development process.
Research on design trends in buildings and product design.
Generate new leads (Interior Design + Build Projects).
Provide excellent customer services.
