Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and refined design sense.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, show self-initiative, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination: Daily coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Design & Documentation: Produce, review, or manage construction drawings, technical design detailing, and project documentation.
• Site & Schedule Management: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, attend meetings, and ensure timelines are met.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare meeting/status reports and manage project administration.

Architectural Designer / Project Designer / Assistant Design Project Manager (Luxury and Premium Projects) - Permanent/Contract Basis

Core Responsibilities

The following responsibilities apply to all roles within the design and project management streams. The depth of involvement, degree of autonomy, and leadership expectations will scale based on the candidate’s experience level.

Project Execution & Coordination: Engage in daily coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Design & Documentation: Produce, review, or manage construction drawings, technical design detailing, and project documentation.

Site & Schedule Management: Conduct site and factory visits, monitor construction progress, attend project meetings, and ensure timelines are met.

Reporting & Administration: Prepare meeting reports, assemble status reports, and manage necessary project administration.

Role Breakdown & Depth of Involvement

Mid Level : 4 to 7 Years Experience

(Requires post-qualification experience in mid- to high-end luxury projects.)

Focus: Independent execution and specific track specialization.

Expectations: You will handle core responsibilities with minimal supervision, driving specific elements of the project based on your track:

• Project Designer: Independently handle interior layouts, spatial planning, and material sourcing to match luxury aesthetics. Preparation of presentations.
• Architectural Designer: Drive the architectural elements, structural coordination, and statutory compliance of the technical drawings.
• Assistant Design Project Manager: Independently manage project timelines, daily contractor coordination, and assist with tender process and budget tracking.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and refined design sense.

Strong communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, show self-initiative, uphold strong professional ethics, and work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, MS Project, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Willingness to make necessary site visits; some traveling might be required.
