Lui Design Limited is seeking Architectural Assistant / Project Assistant for luxury and premium projects in Hong Kong. You will assist across design, documentation, and project coordination, with opportunities to progress in design, architecture or project management tracks.

Core Responsibilities
The following responsibilities apply to all roles within the design and project management streams. The depth of involvement, degree of autonomy, and leadership expectations will scale based on the candidate’s experience level.
Project Execution & Coordination: Engage in daily coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Design & Documentation: Produce, review, or manage construction drawings, technical design detailing, and project documentation.
Site & Schedule Management: Conduct site and factory visits, monitor construction progress, attend project meetings, and ensure timelines are met.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare meeting reports, assemble status reports, and manage necessary project administration.
Role Breakdown & Depth of Involvement
Entry Level : 0 to 3 Years Experience
Focus: Assisting, supporting, learning, and foundational preparation
Expectations: Fresh graduates and junior staff will support senior team members in executing the core responsibilities. You will actively assist in meeting preparation, such as drafting meeting minutes; drafting technical details, organizing sample boards, coordinating daily communications, and documenting site progress under direct supervision.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and refined design sense.
Strong communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, show self-initiative, uphold strong professional ethics, and work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, MS Project, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Willingness to make necessary site visits; some traveling might be required.
