Job summary

ADECCO is recruiting on behalf of a premium hospitality group for a Temp Customer Support Officer to support the Loyalty Program Team in Hong Kong.

You will handle daily loyalty operations, respond to member inquiries by email and phone, and perform administrative tasks while ensuring adherence to guidelines and SOPs. Office is in Wanchai, working hours Monday to Friday 9:30 am–6:30 pm. This role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' working experience in customer servicing, hospitality, membership or related disciplines.
• Bachelor in hospitality or related areas would be highly preferred
• Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery

Responsibilities

• Handling the daily operation of hotel loyalty programme for Loyalty Program Team, it is during the transition of old program to new program membership communication are not sufficient, e.g. login problem, data issue
• Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
• Handling administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required
