Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience specifically within loyalty programs or consumertech platforms is strongly preferred.
• Track record of delivering scalable digital products in a fast-paced retail or consumer-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency with data tools to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with a talent for aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with Agile development frameworks and managing multi-stakeholder projects from conception to launch.
• Domain knowledge of loyalty platforms and customer engagement trends.
