Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a high-performing trading technology team building the next generation of digital asset trading systems. You will design, build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput components in a Linux environment.

You will work on order management, market connectivity, real-time pricing, and event-driven messaging, collaborating with regional trading, product, and infra teams while taking ownership of production issues and

Qualifications

• 4-10+ years of experience in core Java development.
• In-depth understanding of concurrency and multithreaded programming.
• Hands-on experience building low-latency pricing and trading systems, including Benchmark Algorithms and Smart Order Routing (SOR)
• Solid experience working within Linux-based production environments
• Demonstrated expertise in application profiling and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance high-performance trading systems using Java
• Develop and maintain components related to:
• Order management and execution workflows
• Market connectivity and exchange integrations
• Real-time pricing and price distribution
• Low-latency messaging and event-driven architectures
• Improve system performance through profiling, tuning, and optimisation
• Work closely with trading, product, and infrastructure teams across regions
• Take ownership of production issues and drive problems through to resolution
